Cookie Policy
LAST UPDATED: 27 JUNE 2026
This policy explains how Opinagora (published by Cre'Online) uses cookies and trackers on the site www.opinagora.com. It complements our Privacy Policy, which you can refer to for details of personal data processing and the exercise of your rights.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a site. It allows its issuer to recognise your device on later visits and to remember certain information.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the site and to access your member account. They cannot be disabled from our systems.
- Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your member account and ensures the continuity of your browsing. Duration: the browsing session.
- Security cookie (anti-CSRF): protects forms against fraudulent submissions. Duration: the browsing session.
- Preference cookies: remember certain display choices, for example your language.
Attribution cookies (referral and affiliation)
When you reach the site through an affiliate partner's link, these cookies allow any subsequent registration to be attributed to the partner who referred you.
- panel_affiliate: records the code of the affiliate partner who referred your visit. Duration: 30 days.
- panel_visitor: an anonymous visitor identifier allowing your visit to be linked to a later registration, for conversion tracking. Duration: 1 year.
Fraud prevention cookie
- __mmapiwsid: a device identifier provided by our processor MaxMind, used to prevent fraud and the creation of multiple accounts. Duration: up to 2 years. The exercise of your rights over the associated data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
During registration, we use a bot-protection service (CAPTCHA) provided by a third party, in order to prevent automated sign-ups. This service may set its own cookies, governed by its provider's privacy policy.
Advertising and audience measurement cookies
We do not place advertising cookies and we do not sell your data for targeting purposes. Should we introduce non-essential audience measurement cookies, they would only be placed with your prior consent, and their lifespan would not exceed 13 months.
How to manage cookies
You can configure your browser to accept, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may, however, degrade your experience or even prevent you from accessing certain features (sign-in, survey participation). Management is done in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy and security
- Safari: Settings > Privacy
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or regulations. Any change will be published on this page. For any question about cookies or your personal data, you can write to us at [email protected].
